I am proud to be the first Assistant Manager for Marstons in Devolved Nations to complete a level 4 NVQ. From this it has helped me understand the full elements involved within Hospitality Management and the business. I would highly recommend the course to further develop your knowledge and career. It is great to be able to say I know hold a Level 4 Hospitality Management Diploma.

This course for me was a big challenge, not only the Diploma, but also gaining my Level 2 Communication and Application of number essential skills. The essential skills will support me in the future to help my young family with their schoolwork they bring home. From completing this I feel this has made me understand all the elements within a supervisor role and ensure I am a strong team member. I was also nominated Apprentice of the Year.

I found this course very useful towards my career and personal knowledge. Thanks to the benefits of this course I've been able to advance my position in the hospitality industry and utilise these new skills to deliver a new customer experience. I completed my Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership within Devolved Nations Lifetime in 2021. I felt this course really helped me with my supervisor role and I was able to support the team further. From completing the course, I have now had a promotion to Assistant Manager at Pen Y Bont Farm which has enabled me to start the Level 4 Hospitality Management qualification.
